The following Terms and Conditions control your participation in the SDS Money School program. By choosing to participate, you agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your participation in the SDS Money School program (the "Program") is voluntary, and shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Enrollee/Student") and SDS Money School. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by SDS Money School. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing participation is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in SDS Money School after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a Student of SDS Money School. Student information is collected solely for the use of SDS Money School and its affiliates and will not be sold to any other group, company, or individual.

These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of SDS Money School and its Students collectively and individually. SDS Money School, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any Student caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

Terms of Participation

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, SDS Money School, at its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may refuse to accept applications for participation.

Student must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Students must provide with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address, and email address.

Students assume ALL legal responsibility for their own actions. Student shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Student. Student acknowledges that Student may only participate in the SDS Money School.com program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.

By signing up for the SDS Money School.com program, Student is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from SDS Money School. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account at any time. By unsubscribing for these emails, Student will be terminating their association with SDS Money School, and forfeiting any and all rights thereof.

Students may not (i) select or use an Email Address of another person; (ii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; (iii) use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Student account; (iiii) use the SDS Money School name in any form, including, but not limited to, of a website domain of their own.

Students may not present SDS Money School promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded as objectionable by SDS Money School, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity, misrepresentation, or spam.  SDS Money School shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision SDS Money School makes relating to the cancellation of Rewards, status, and/or positioning, and the termination of participation shall be final and binding.

SDS Money School will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause Students harm.

SDS Money School reserves the right to update, modify, add or change these terms and conditions without notice.

The participation of the Student may be canceled at anytime by SDS Money School at the sole discretion of the administrator.

Any Student acting unethically or unprofessionally may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of SDS Money School with all future commissions, access,  or product usage, being forfeited.

Participation at SDS Money School is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the Student. SDS Money School will only initiate cancelation/termination of a Student if it's deemed that the Student is operating in conflict with SDS Money School terms and conditions.

Any participation that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with SDS Money School. Any “Seats” held in SDS Money School, and any positions in participating Programs owned by SDS Money School will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to SDS Money School.

A Student is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of SDS Money School.

Disputes will be subject to this Agreement, and shall be governed by, and interpreted under, the laws of the State of Texas, and the United States of America.

All branding, logos and graphics contained within SDS Money School are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited, without the written consent of SDS Money School.

Any Student who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to SDS Money School, and/or its Staff, and/or Students, will be terminated from SDS Money School. Depending on seriousness, SDS Money School may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

SDS Money School strictly prohibits the use of SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of SDS Money School and for the benefit of all its Students. Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise SDS Money School will result in immediate termination of your participation and a forfeiture of balances/rewards owed. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

It is the responsibility of Students to keep their personal records up to date. SDS Money School will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with a Student may result in the termination of their participation.

Student agrees not to abuse his or her participation privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Student agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by SDS Money School. Student agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind, in any respect to SDS Money School and/or it’s staff, and/or Students..

Tax. You, the Student, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your residential jurisdiction, for any Rewards you receive either from SDS Money School or any offer promoted via the SDS Money School, and/or it’s staff, and/or Students.

SDS Money School.com reserves the right to track Student's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity. This is the only way to track what IP address a Student enrolls from, thus being able to confirm their eligibility, and verify the source location initiating the enrollment process.

Student's discontinued participation in the SDS Money School or failure to notify SDS Money School of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Student's participation and forfeiture of Student's unredeemed Rewards.

If Student objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Student's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the SDS Money School.com program and properly terminate his or her participation.

If a Students account goes past due on it's renewal date of more than 7 days, they understand that their SDS Money School subscription will be deleted. SDS Money School sends out 2 account overdue notices to their AlertPay email address on file with SDS Money School prior to the Students subscription being deleted giving the Student plenty of time to re-activate their participation subscription before the subscription is fully terminated from the SDS Money School. Subscription failures in no affect primary Enrollment status. The monthly subscription is totally separate and optional.

Refund Policy

By Enrolling at our website, and/or purchasing a monthly subscription to SDS Money School News and Views Newsletter, you agree to SDS Money School's refund policy stated below:

SDS Money School is an online educational opportunity. All product/service requests are effectuated instantly upon enrollment. A request for a refund must be given to SDS Money School within 7 days from enrollment date.

SDS Money School will accept a request for refund if:

• The Student has NOT used any of the products ie., downloaded any software and/or leads, or read any training materials, as the products for SDS Money School are digital and immediate in nature.
• The Student has NOT used any leads training or other services..
• The Student has NOT received any Graduation Rewards or other payments.

Further, in the event of a refund, the user will forfeit any Graduation Rewards or other payments pending, as a Student of SDS Money School, as well as their participation in the program.

All refunds will be minus a $2 transaction fee to cover payment processor fees. Also, refunds will not be issued for subscription renewals as they are obviously well past the initial 7 days from when the subscription was created.

Additional Disclaimers

STUDENT EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT STUDENT'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SDS Money School EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SDS MONEY SCHOOL MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER SDS MONEY SCHOOL NOR ANY OF ITS STUDENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, SDS Money School uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Student's personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website's traffic to track abuse of the SDS Money School.com Website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while SDS Money School.com strives to protect its Students personal information, cannot guarantee the security of any information that Students transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Student does so at his/her own risk.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Student and SDS Money School.com in connection with general participation in the SDS Money School.com program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
